LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: NORVAL RANDOL ALOS DESERVES ACCOLADES FOR "TOOTING HORN"
To the Editor: Congratulations to Norval Randol Jr. on his Distinguished Service Award Presented by the Local Junior Chamber of Commerce. There surely was never a more deserving person. However, the accolades did not mention the many years Randol performed in the Cape Girardeau Municipal Band as an excellent musician and is at present, President of the Cape Municipal Band and has been for the past six years...John W. Congratulations to Norval Randol Jr. on his Distinguished Service Award Presented by the Local Junior Chamber of Commerce. There surely was never a more deserving person.
However, the accolades did not mention the many years Randol performed in the Cape Girardeau Municipal Band as an excellent musician and is at present, President of the Cape Municipal Band and has been for the past six years.
