BENTON, Mo. -- Kandius Lee Schleinger, 62, of Benton passed away Monday, June 15, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 17, 1957, in St. Louis, the daughter of Charles Lee and Donna Lee Elliff Martin. She first married Herbert Bonney, and he preceded her in death. She then married Ricky Schleinger on Oct. 6, 2001, in Benton.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Schleinger; son, Travis Schleinger of Benton; daughter, Trisha Bonney of Marble Hill, Missouri; and sister, Cheryl Willkomm of Bertrand, Missouri.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Rouse officiating.
