Jack Dempsey Widner Jr., 65, of Jackson passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

He was born June 19, 1955, in Santa Clara County, California, son of Jack Dempsey Sr. and Lenora Winans Widner. He and Nina Marie Paulo were married Feb. 5, 1977. They had been married nearly 43 years when she passed away Feb. 21, 2020.

Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley-Davidson and spending time with his family.

Loving survivors include a son, Jesse (Kimberly) Widner; mother, Lenora Widner; three grandchildren, Austin, Ainsley and Elise Widner; and brother, Joe (Lisa) Widner, all of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Widner; father, Jack Widner Sr.; and granddaughter, Jordyn.

There will be no services.

McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson was entrusted with Jack's final care.
