ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Elsie E. Seibel, 94, of Altenburg died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020, at her home. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ford and Young East Perry Chapel in Altenburg. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Altenburg, with the Rev. Frank Lucas officiating.
