Howard Ray Powles, 93, of Dongola, Illinois, formerly of Tamms, Illinois, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020, at Illinois Veterans Home in Anna, Illinois. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brent Gordon officiating.
