Margaret A. Nenninger -- beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother -- 74, of Cape Girardeau left this life surrounded by her family and husband of 52 years on Monday, Dec. 14, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was born May 15, 1946, in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, to the late James and Mary McHugh Doherty.

She and Charles Nenninger were married April 17, 1968, in Northern Ireland.

She led such a full life of love and fun. She danced her way into the arms of her husband, Charles, and will be remembered always for her love of the dance floor.

She had an amazing love of life and a sassy Irish attitude that gave everyone a laugh. She loved with her whole heart and lived to have her family around her. It goes without saying, she will be missed beyond measure, but her family knows she is safe in the arms of God and that she is in Heaven.
