CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Clay Harmon, 64, son of the late Daniel Patrick and Frances Kinnard Harmon, was born July 21, 1956, in Cape Girardeau and departed this life on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at his home in Chaffee.

On Feb. 2, 2004, he was united in marriage to Tammie Gene Westermann. She survives of the home in Chaffee.

Clay was the owner and operator of Just Knives. He previously worked at Motorcycle Stuff, Biokyowa and Tetrapak. His passions were motorcycles, cars and a wide range of music.

Besides his wife, other survivors include one son, Daniel Thomas Harmon of Marble Hill, Missouri; daughter, Dawn Marie Harmon of Chaffee; two stepdaughters, Jeannie (Troy) Knotts of Oran, Missouri, and Samantha (Chris) Muka of Hackettstown, New Jersey; granddaughter, Shelby Rhodes; and four stepgrandchildren, Lillian Knotts, Ava Knotts, Cora Zarpentine and Winifred Zarpentine.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James Robert Holt.

Memorial visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
