ST. LOUIS -- Donna Jean Vignovich Domian, 74, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Monday, April 5, 2021.

Donna was born in Des Moines, Iowa, to the late Eli and Lois Lark Vignovich.

Donna graduated from Des Moines North High School and Truman State University and received her doctorate from the University of Iowa. She held a career in education and education administration in various locations in Iowa and Missouri before changing industries. Donna worked for 30 years as a financial advisor with Edward Jones in Wisconsin and Cape Girardeau, where she built a successful business serving the community.

She was a proud member of Cape West Rotary Club, serving as president from 1996-1997, and Zonta for many years.

She was the adored wife of the late Joseph Domian; loving mother to Annie (Guillermo) Zuniga and Katie Domian; cherished grandmother to Guillermo and Andres; dear sister to Ray Vignovich (Carol Radosevich) and sister-in-law to Thomas (Lori), Lawrence (Denise), David (Sue) and Gregory (Carol) Domian, Mary (John) Sittler and the late Daniel (surviving Pam) Domian; beloved aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kutis City Chapel, 2906 Gravois Ave., in St. Louis.

Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. May 1 at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1800 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis. A lunch will follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Des Moines North High School-Polar Bear Scholarship Fund in memory of Donna Vignovich Domian or National Immigration Law Center.
