Benjamin H. Howard II, age 100, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Church of the Nazarene in Cape Girardeau with the Revs. Jason Hill and Kenneth Harper officiating.
