Three business license applications were received last week by the City of Cape Girardeau's community development office. Those license applications were submitted by:

• Jason Coalter of Cape Girardeau to operate Blankenship Cleaning Co. LLC, a commercial and residential cleaning service that opened earlier this month with offices at 112 S. Broadview St.
• Jeffrey Rosanswank of Jackson to open Impression, a hair salon at 1143 N. Kingshighway with a projected opening date of Oct. 15.
• David Waun of Jonesboro, Illinois, who plans to begin a mobile food cart business in Cape Girardeau called Dave's Bagels starting around Oct. 19.
