JACKSON

Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Paul Buchanan, 31, of Jackson was arrested for alleged endangering welfare of child, failure to display plates, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Clifford Wheatley, 31 of Jackson was arrested for alleged burglary and stealing.
• Christopher Pugh, 38 of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
• Phillip Harkey, 30 of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Frank Henderson, 66, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Perry County (Missouri) warrant.

Thefts

• Fraud was reported in the 600 block of Old Poplar Road.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
• Theft was reported in the area of North Missouri Street and West Washington Street.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio Street.
• Theft was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Dorothy Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
• Disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Bel-Air Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.
• Trespassing was reported in the 1400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
