Linda Sue Kramer, 68, of Jackson passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Linda Kramer

Linda Sue Kramer, 68, of Jackson passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 5, 1953, in Cape Girardeau to Delmar and Lillian Aurich Pohlman.

Linda was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Friedheim. She was a graduate of the former Trinity Lutheran Church Parochial School in Friedheim and a graduate of Oak Ridge High School.

Linda was currently a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson and was a former member of Salem Lutheran Church in Salem, Illinois.

Linda's memberships included 4-H (also serving as a leader), the American Angus Association, and she participated in various church activities.

The past 20 years, Linda worked as a retail sales tech at Walmart in Jackson, and also worked as a Mary Kay representative. She was previously employed at Procter & Gamble and the Dress Barn.

Linda had a passion for livestock, gardening and cooking.

She is survived by a loving daughter, Michele Kramer of Jackson; three brothers, Leon (Nancy) Pohlman of Perryville, Missouri; Terry (Bonnie) Pohlman of Oak Ridge; and Fred (Tami) Pohlman of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; three sisters, Eileen (the late Wes) Fronabarger and Judith (Edward) Holmes, both of Jackson, and Debra (Craig) Bacon of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson, and from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.

The Rev. Joshua Schmidt will conduct the funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Interment will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Friedheim.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, Children's Miracle Network or the donor's choice of church or charity.
