Jean Alice Spillman Bonifield of Jackson, 83, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022.
She was an only child born to Eugene R. and Grace Henard Spillman of Cairo, Illinois, Oct. 17, 1938. She married Alfred Bonifield in 1959 and had three children before divorcing.
She graduated from Cairo High School in 1956.
Jean was a devoted homemaker, caring for her three children. She loved reading her bible, quilting, crocheting and baking.
Survivors include her son, Michael "Mike" Bonifield of Bell City, Missouri; two daughters, Cheryl (Paul) Simmons of Rochester, Indiana, and Susan (Dale) Todt of Jackson; and two granddaughters, Emily and Julia Todt of Jackson.
There will be a celebration of life planned for a later date.
Arrangements were under the care of Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.
