ADVANCE, Mo. -- Patrick Lawrence O'Hare, 66, of Advance passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

He was born Feb. 11, 1956, in Washington, D.C., the son of James and Joan Reiman O'Hare. Pat and Gina Denise Fisher were united in marriage on Sept. 10, 1977, in Lanham, and she survives.

Pat was a 1975 graduate of DuVal High School in Lanham, Maryland. He was a successful entrepreneur of several businesses from 1982 until 2022.

In his spare time, Pat enjoyed racing, spending time in his shop and enjoying his family and friends.

Most of Pat's time was spent with him either talking or rushing to the next thing. But he always made time to help anyone.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Denise O'Hare; daughter, Stacey (Jason) Van de Ven of Leopold, Missouri; son, Eric (Candice) O'Hare of Jackson; grandchildren, Ashtyn, Peyton and Hadley Van de Ven of Leopold and Hudson, Grant and Collins O'Hare of Jackson; siblings, Mike (Karen) O'Hare of Baltimore, Maryland; Tim (Vickie) O'Hare of Frankford, Delaware; Jan (Rob) Mandrell of Sonoma, California; Marta (Marc) Purse of Selbyville, Delaware; Nancy White of Millsboro, Delaware; and Tina (William) Carey of Oxford, North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Eric Shrum officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance.
