Cape Girardeau and Jackson chambers of commerce jointly are sponsoring Legislative Advocacy Day in Jefferson City on Wednesday, March 1. Carpooling begins at 6:15 a.m. from the Cape Girardeau SportsPlex, with return expected no later than 7:30 p.m. Sponsors are BOLD Marketing and Buzzi Unicem.

• Perryville Area Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours will be at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at Ritter Real Estate & Moms of Real Estate, 6 W. Ste. Marie St. in Perryville.
• Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce's First Friday Coffee will be held at 7:45 a.m. Friday, March 3, at Century Casino Event Center, 777 N. Main St. in Cape Girardeau. Stars & Stripes National Museum Library in Bloomfield, Missouri, is sponsor.
