April 2 n Medical assists were made at 1:13 p.m. on Lowes Drive; 5:25 p.m. on South Sprigg Street; 8:34 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue; and 9:02 p.m. on North Sprigg Street. n At 2:16 p.m., hazardous condition was reported at Marietta and Howell streets...CAPE GIRARDEAU
