John Richard Stovall, 83, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, April 14, 2023, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, at Ford and Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri. Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, at Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
