Cape Girardeau Fire Department firefighters remove fallen branches from William Street on Monday, March 25. Just after 5 p.m., high winds tore down an old tree. The tree fell onto power lines, breaking a telephone pole and forcing emergency services to block off access near the intersection of William Street and South Ellis Street.Christopher Borro
