Marie McAllister

URBANDALE, Ill. -- Marie McAllister, 87, of Urbandale, died Thursday Oct. 25, 2001 at St. Francis Medical Center.

Born Feb. 9, 1914, in Birds Point, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Albert and Martha Etherton Chapman.

She was a member of he Urbandale Community Chapel.

Survivors include two nieces, Betty Cross of Paducah, Ky., and Edna Haynes of Villa Ridge; seven nephews, Charles Peeler, Jr., of Clinton, Ky., Louis Peeler of Columbus, Ky., Stanley Peeler of Cape Girardeau, Mike Kelley of LaCenter, Ky., Chuck Kelley of Olmsted, Ill., David and Randy Kelley, both of America, Ill.; a grandson, Larry Dale Essex of Mounds, Ill.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds. Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. F.M. Speakman officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge.
