'Frasier' becomes dad with surrogate mother

LOS ANGELES -- "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer is a new dad.

Grammer and his wife, Camille, welcomed their healthy, 8-pound, 5-ounce daughter, born to a surrogate mother, on Wednesday. The baby is named Mason Olivia, said Grammer's publicist, Stan Rosenfield.

Dolly postpones concert until spring

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Dolly Parton has postponed a New Year's Eve all-star bluegrass concert that had been planned at the Grand Ole Opry House to benefit the children of victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The show will be moved to the spring or summer of 2002, Parton said. It will benefit the Families for Freedom Fund, which provides scholarships.
