Power and Light Committee Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with the Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association for providing services relating to the recruitment of business and commerce to the Jackson area.

Consider a motion accepting the bid of BBL Buildings & Components Ltd. of Perryville, Mo., in the amount of $24,581 relative to the construction of a cemetery maintenance building.

Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with BBL Buildings & Components, Ltd., relative to the construction of a cemetery maintenance building.

Consider a bill proposing an ordinance amending Chapter 29, Article I, Sections 29-3 and 29-4 of the City Code relative to solid waste regulations.
