Consent ordinances

Held a public hearing regarding the necessity to make certain sewer improvements in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-M-2, including the construction of a sanitary sewer eight inches in diameter along with manholes, wyes, pavement restoration and other necessary appurtenances to serve Lateral Sewer District No. 14-M-2.

Approved an ordinance naming Mount Auburn Road from Bloomfield Road to its terminus with South Kingshighway.

Approved an ordinance amending Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the City Code, establishing handicapped parking spaces on Broadway and on North Lorimier Street.

Approved an ordinance establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-FF-1, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14, approving the plans and authorizing the construction of a system of sanitary lateral sewers in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-FF-1, under a private contract subject to certain provisions.

Approved an ordinance accepting sanitary sewer easements from D&D Cape Investments, LP, and Armstrong Heritage Inc. for sanitary sewers located south of Highway 74 between I-55 and Mount Auburn Road. New ordinances
