At about the same time as the car was reported stolen, a man with a ski mask and a .22-caliber gun tried to get money from Patrick Rice of Dexter, Mo., at Wendy's.

Rice tried to wrestle the gun from the man, and the suspect fled in a vehicle matching the description of the one stolen from the Eagles' lot.

Later Tuesday night, officers with the Scott County Sheriff's Department spotted the vehicle in Haywood City, Mo., and pursued, but the suspect wrecked the car and fled on foot and is still at large.
