Flooding in the subdivision led the Scott County Office of Emergency Operations to issue a boil-water order last week. The new order Friday stipulates that water should not be consumed even if boiled.

A spokeswoman said tests will not be run on water in the subdivision until Thursday due to the Christmas holiday.
