COBDEN, Ill. -- Larry Eugene King, 49, of Cobden, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Ill. He was born March 17, 1952, in Anna, Ill., son of Fred Eugene and Betty Jean Smith King. He was a self-employed mechanic. Survivors include his wife, Susan King of Dongola, Ill.; two sons, Patrick Eugene King of Cobden and Tracy King of Dongola; his parents, Fred and Betty King of Cobden; a brother, Doug King of Cobden; and two grandchildren...

COBDEN, Ill. -- Larry Eugene King, 49, of Cobden, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Ill.

He was born March 17, 1952, in Anna, Ill., son of Fred Eugene and Betty Jean Smith King.

He was a self-employed mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Susan King of Dongola, Ill.; two sons, Patrick Eugene King of Cobden and Tracy King of Dongola; his parents, Fred and Betty King of Cobden; a brother, Doug King of Cobden; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

A private funeral and burial will be held.
