WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Lillian Copeland Beardslee, 45, of Wolf Lake died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002, on arrival at Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill. She was born June 8, 1956, at Louisville, Ky., daughter of Arley and Norma Lipe. WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Lillian Copeland Beardslee, 45, of Wolf Lake died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002, on arrival at Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

She was born June 8, 1956, at Louisville, Ky., daughter of Arley and Norma Lipe.

Beardslee was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau, a member of PAWS and was a secretary in the agriculture department at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

Survivors include a son, Sean Copeland of Wolf Lake; a sister, Renee Bowen of Brewster, N.Y.; and a brother, Kenneth Lipe of Wyoming.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Brothers officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery at McClure, Ill.
