During a non-jury trial in January, Dierker found Greco guilty of deviate sexual assault, two counts of sexual misconduct and assault. Greco was put on leave after charges were filed in May.

Dierker found Greco guilty of molesting a 27-year-old woman who had accused the paramedic of doing so as she was being taken to a hospital last April because of seizures. The judge also convicted Greco of fondling a neighbor at her home the same month.
