ArrestsMichael Joseph Hawkins, 18, of 203 Franks, was arrested Tuesday for reckless burning.

Laura Wright, 24, of 229 S. Lorimier, was arrested Tuesday on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Shelby Farrow, 24, of 204 Cherry St., Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Moore, 22, of 532 Glenwood Drive, Paducah, Ky., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to pay fines for stealing.

Tamara Criddle, 22, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 6, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure appear for sewer, water and trash. Criddle was also issued a summons for false declaration, no operators license and failure to stop for a red light.

Kurtis Russell, 18, and Michael Kays, 18, both of 1562 Valley Forge were arrested Tuesday for a theft at Hastings at 2136 William. Both were also arrested for possession of a controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia.

TheftA backpack and contents was reported stolen Wednesday at 205 Caruthers.

A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 520 Minnesota.

Gasoline was reported stolen at Don's Store at 341 S. Sprigg.

Property damageA window was reported broken Wednesday at 2306 Abbey.

A name plate and picnic table were reported damaged Tuesday at 1927 North Kingshighway.

Other

A dog bite was reported Wednesday at 537 N. Sprigg.
