First General Baptist Church of Jackson, Mo., will host a 5:30 p.m. service with baptism, communion and a drama by the youth members.

Gospel sing at 7 p.m. at A.C. Brase Arena with Karen Peck and New River.

Christ Episcopal Church will host the Great Vigil of Easter at 7 p.m. This service will begin with lighting of the paschal candle, renewal of baptismal vows and the Eucharist.

Revival service at 7 p.m. at Fairview General Baptist Church, with Dan Sitze preaching. Cross Roads will sing.

Sunday

Annual sunrise service at 6 a.m. at the Bald Knob Cross near Alto Pass, Ill. The breakfast starts at 4 a.m. The Rev. John Prater of Buncombe, Ill., will preach.

Community sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. at Riverfront Park, sponsored by Downtown Council of Churches.

Sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. at Fairview General Baptist Church. Breakfast will be served after the service.

Wesley United Methodist Church in Jackson will have a sunrise service at 6 a.m. At 7 a.m., a breakfast will be served. Morning worship is at 10:15 a.m.

Sunrise service will be at 7 a.m. at Perkins Baptist Church. The morning worship service is at 10:30 a.m. and will be followed by an Easter egg hunt.

Easter Sunday Service at 10 a.m. at the Osage Community Centre with First Assembly of God Church.

Lynwood Baptist Church will hold a sunrise service at 7 a.m., followed by the community Easter service at 10 a.m. at the Show Me Center.

Service of Eucharist at 10:15 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, followed by an Easter egg hunt.

Red Star Baptist Church will host Easter service at 10:40 a.m.

East Cape Baptist Church will present the Easter musical "Amen" at 10:30 a.m. Russell Dillingham is the music director.

Monday

Revival with Wayne Kinder at Randles Free Pentecostal Church. Service is at 7 p.m.

Revival at 7 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Crump, Mo., with Dan Ross, evangelist.

Tuesday

General session of the Centenary United Methodist Women will meet at noon for a lunch in the Family Life Center lobby. The Executive Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. in room 251. Martha Maxton will lead a business session at 1 p.m. and Dorothy March will give a devotion. The program is by Shirley Stevens, with a tribute to Dorothy Trotter.

Grace United Methodist Women will meet at 9:30 a.m. for an executive board meeting, followed by coffee and fellowship at 10:30 a.m. The Caldwell Circle will act as host. Dave Courvoisier and a guest will lead the program at 11 a.m.

Noon worship, prayer service will be held at Livingway Foursquare Church. Host will be pastors Mike and Trish Woelk.

Wednesday

The local Missouri Right to Life chapter will leave from Sam's Club parking lot for Jefferson City for a pro-life lobby day at the Capitol. Participants should bring a sack lunch; fee for transportation is $25. For information, call Kathleen Keesee at 334-7298.
