SIKESTON, Mo. -- Emma Beatrice Williamson, 83, of St. Louis, formerly of Sikeston, died Monday, April 8, 2002, at Integrated Health Services in Valley Park, Mo. She was born Sept. 3, 1918, at Bernie, Mo., daughter of Henry and Christine York Stanley. She and William P. "Jack" Williamson were married Jan. 3, 1940, at Vanduser, Mo. He died May 3, 1996...

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Emma Beatrice Williamson, 83, of St. Louis, formerly of Sikeston, died Monday, April 8, 2002, at Integrated Health Services in Valley Park, Mo.

She was born Sept. 3, 1918, at Bernie, Mo., daughter of Henry and Christine York Stanley. She and William P. "Jack" Williamson were married Jan. 3, 1940, at Vanduser, Mo. He died May 3, 1996.

Survivors include a daughter, Martha Hilpert of Affton, Mo.; a sister, Mary Alice Springs of Sikeston; two grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Advance, Mo. The Rev. Carl Addison will officiate.
