BENTON, Mo. -- Roy "Killer" Gross, 43, of Benton died Saturday, May 25, 2002, at his home.

He was born Oct. 8, 1958, in Advance, Mo., the son of Tom and Eithel Neldon Gross. He married Teresa Burton on Feb. 28, 1980.

He had worked for Discount Rentals in Sikeston.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Brandon Gross and Jeffrey Gross, both of the home; three brothers, Steve Gross and George Gross, both of Morley, Mo., and Don Gross of Vanduser, Mo.; five sisters, Reba Summers of Neelyville, Mo., Betty Holland of Vanduser, Vickie Wallace of Granite City, Ill., Gracie Stovall of Morley and Jane Groff of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at the Blodgett Cemetery in Blodgett, Mo.
