To the editor: Peter Kinder's recent column about his lawsuit against Gov. Bob Holden was the most ridiculous item I have read by him yet. It is nothing more than childish whining, and the points he makes are nothing short of laughable. He couldn't hear the defense's voice? So what? Get a hearing aid...

As for Holden's supreme powers that no one can question, Kinder does no more than whine about his lack of power to change a decision he doesn't like. Government works that way. The majority of America did not vote for our president, remember? However, the common man has no recourse.
