ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Myrtle A. Perrin, 83, of Joplin, Mo., died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2002, at Sarcoxie Nursing Center in Sarcoxie, Mo.

She was born Feb. 6, 1919, at Altenburg, daughter of Charles and Agnes Hellwege Schuessler.

Perrin was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Joplin.

Survivors include five sons, Kenneth and Jim Perrin of Sarcoxie, Alvin Perrin of Girard, Kan., Clinton Perrin of Austin, Texas, Mark Perrin of Bothell, Wash.; four daughters, Mary Perrin and Martha Teeter of Joplin, Theresa Perrin, Reine Houpt of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters, Wilma Lohrke of Minneapolis, Minn., Evelyn Roth of Frohna, Mo., Erlene Liembach of El Reno, Okla.; 31 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a great-grandson.

The rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today at Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary in Joplin, with visitation to follow.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Peter's Church, with the Rev. Raymond O'Connor officiating. Burial will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
