DWI Kimberly Davidson, 39, of 1303 Dunklin was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated Sunday.

Lindsey Hagerty, 20, of 102 Group F 1000 Towers Circle was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Main and Independence Friday.

Jared Zappia, 18, of Highland, Ill., was arrested for driving while intoxicated Saturday.

Arrests Linda Harris, 46, of 523 Cape Meadows was arrested at the intersection of Bloomfield and Pacific Friday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Shirley Ayers, 40, of Elkhart, Ind., was arrested on an Indiana state warrant at 1126 S. Ellis Friday.

Rene Rhodes, 24, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested at the intersection of Kingshighway and Independence Saturday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Summons Christina Poole, 18, of 907 Chestnut was issued a summons Saturday for assault and property damage.

Eric MacKinnon, 36, of 27 N. Hanover was issued a summons for first-degree trespassing Saturday.

Roy Lee Jones, 25, of 605 S. Middle was issued a summons for peace disturbance and second-degree trespassing Saturday.

Latabia Flye, 17, of 1320 Butler, Tameka Wiseman, 16, of 132 S. Hanover, and Adrian Nunnley, 16, of 921 William, were issued summons for peace disturbance Sunday.

Charles A. Moore Jr., 22, of 1223 College was issued a summons for stealing Sunday.

Ann Fischer, 18, of 1000 Towers Circle 611E was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol Sunday.

Theft A radar detector was reported stolen from 1522 Parksite Saturday.

Tools were reported stolen from 1810 New Madrid Saturday.

A compact disc players and CDs were reported stolen from 2225 Sherwood Saturday.

Money was reported stolen from 1120 Kingshighway Saturday.

Money was reported stolen from Arena Park Saturday.

Rhodes at 2109 William reported $2 in gas stolen Saturday.

A license plate was reported stolen from 17 S. Park Friday.

Property Damage

Car windows were reported damaged at 1224 Linden#3 Saturday.

A windshield was reported damaged at the intersection of Water and Merriwether Saturday.

A vehicle window was reported damaged at the intersection of Water and Merriwether Saturday.

Miscellaneous Second-degree trespassing was reported Saturday at 221 S. Ellis.

Willie Jaks, at 1 North Main, reported receiving counterfeit bills Sunday.
