Wednesday, Sept. 11The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Kelly A. Jackson, 42, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

A 46-year-old female was placed in protective custody Monday.

Jedediah L. Dibert, 24, of 2825 Luce was arrested Monday on suspicion of littering in a park.

Edward B. Pierce, 47, of 2240 Sacajawea Lane was arrested Tuesday on a St. Francois County warrant for passing bad checks.

Catherine Hervey, 29, of 31 N. Lorimier was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Assaults

Brian E. Harris, 17, of 1145 S. Sprigg was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

License plates were reported stolen Monday at 514 Locust.

A stereo, CDs and a flashlight were reported stolen Monday at 3035 Themis.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday at Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.Property Damage

A window, floor and commode were reported damaged Monday at 513 Washington.

Walls were reported damaged Monday at 3023 Aspen.

Miscellaneous A blue BMX bicycle was found Monday at 1719 N. Kingshighway.

A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Monday for curfew violation.

A blue 1988 Ford Tempo was reported abandoned Tuesday at 1206 Big Bend Road.

A red and yellow 1983 Pontiac Firebird was reported abandoned Tuesday at 1080 Silver Springs.
