The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Robert E. Dees, 26, of 3164 State Highway F, was arrested on Cape Girardeau and Bollinger County warrants for probation violation.

Jacky W. Gray Jr., 34, of 133 Sandown, Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for telephone harassment.

Shawn E. Pearson, 18, of 1016 S. Benton and Joshua K. More, 19, of 1227 College were arrested Friday on suspicion of trespassing.

Summonses Amy C. Colon of 118 S. Pacific received a summons Thursday for a leash law violation.

Nicoll R. Henckell of 24 S. Pacific received a summons Thursday for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Joshua F. Pitcher of 3825 Valley View Lane received a summons Thursday for striking a legally parked vehicle.

Jennifer A. Voorhes of 205 Otahki, Apt. 56, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Derenda J. Montgomery of 741 Wedge, Jackson, Mo., received a summons Thursday for failure to yield to traffic.

Megan D. Henson of 607 Locust received a summons Friday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

James P. Medley of 1310 W. Cape Rock Drive received a summons Friday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Assaults

Kenneth W. Weigel, 37, of 42 Perkins Spring Road, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Tekoa Y. Hines, 19, of 3015 Wisteria, received a summons Thursday on suspicion of assault.

A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault and stealing.

DWIs

Matthew M. French, 23, of 1069 Jessica St. was arrested Monday for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Richard Decker, 63, of 1087 Aaron Drive was issued a summons Tuesday for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Maria L. Smith, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Thursday for driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

James H. Thompson, 25, of 1038 Highland Drive was arrested Thursday on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor drug charges.

Thefts

A theft was reported Tuesday at 524 W. Washington St.

Miscellaneous

A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday on West Mary Street.
