Fifth child, fourth son. Mrs. Bucher is the former Tammy Freeman, daughter of Henry Freeman of Sikeston, Mo., and Noreen Becker of Sioux Falls, S.D. She is a student. Bucher is the son of Robert Bucher and Joan Bucher of Louden, Tenn. He is president of Imo's Pizza.
