Kyle Dobblare scored on a 1-yard run and ran in the conversion in the second half Saturday to lift Perryville to a 14-7 homecoming victory over Windsor, its first win of the season.

Windsor (1-4) led 7-0 before Joel Kurre scored on a 2-yard run. Perryville trailed 7-6 at halftime before Dobblare's second-half points.

Jesse Whistler ran for 127 yards on 18 carries for Perryville (1-4). Joel Kurre ran for 33 and Matt Unterreiner for 29. Dobblare was 6-of-9 for 52 yards. Kurre led with 10 tackles; Bachman had nine.

Boys' Soccer

BELLEVILLE (ILL.) WEST 2, JACKSON 0

Jackson's (4-9-1) offense was quiet in a shutout by the visiting Maroons.

Jackson will have five days to regroup for Thursday's game against rival Notre Dame.

Jackson's JV won 2-0. Chris Kraust scored both goals.

Cross Country

NOTRE DAME INVITATIONAL

At the inaugural Notre Dame Invitation cross country meet Austin Critchlow finished second for the varsity boys in 17 minutes, 3 seconds to pace the boys to a win.

Ryan Roggow wasn't far behind in fourth in 17:29.

The varsity girls took the top six spots with Sarah Unterreiner leading the way in 22:21.

Hazelwood East Invitational

Central finished third in the girls' standings behind an overall win by Jennifer Pancoast in 19:46 on a 5K course.

Central's Mike Gerber finished 18th on the boys' side; the Tigers finished fourth overall.

Central's JV girls were third and its JV boys were fourth.

Parkway W. Invitational

Rachel Lowes finished 18th in 21 minutes, 16 seconds to lead Jackson to a fifth-place finish in St. Louis.

Jackson's varsity boys squad was without a medalist but finished ninth. P.J. Humphrey was the top finisher for the boys in 19th in 17:47.

Jackson's JV girls finished first overall with a win by Casey Parrott.

Oak Ridge Invitational

Delta won the varsity girls crown behind a second-place finish by Sarah M. Cook. Delta placed five girls in the top five in route to the title.

SOFTBALL

Oakville Fox Invitational

Central finished its junior varsity season by winning the tournament 11-5 over Rockwood Summit in St. Louis.

In earlier games, Central advanced with wins over Oakville (4-3 in eight innings) and Fox (5-1).

Haley Fuller pitched all three wins. Danni Fee was 7-for-13 for Central. Millie Noel had a double and two triples. Jamie Lester had five hits, including two doubles.
