The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jeramy Roberts, 25, of Morehouse, Mo., was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding on Saturday in the 700 block of Broadway.

Pamela Evans of 133 S. Pacific was charged on Friday with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, striking a legally stopped vehicle, having no proof of insurance and driving in the wrong lane at Broadway and Water.

Thefts Cash totaling $580 was reported stolen Saturday from 455 Green Acres.

Four hubcaps were reported stolen on Friday at 1100 N. Spanish.

Wal-Mart reported three forgery incidents on Friday at its store at 3439 William.

A backpack was reported taken on Friday at 1146 N. Sprigg.

CDs were reported taken and a vehicle window was broken on Friday at 829 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary Jewelry, a camera and a Sears credit card were reported on Saturday to have been stolen from 16 Camellia.

Summonses Sara Ratcliff of 2812 Themis, Apt. A, was issued a summons for failure to yield the right of way in an accident Friday at Silver Springs and Independence. The driver of the other vehicle, Betty Cathey of 3830 Valley View, was issued a summons for leaving the scene.

Kristina Jones of 1212 William was issued a summons Friday for following too closely after an accident at Route K and Interstate 55.

Annabel Griffin of 510 N. Fountain and Ashley Figliolo of 923 N. Frederick were issued summonses on Friday in connection with an assault at 510 N. Fountain.

Two male juveniles were cited into juvenile court on Friday for fighting in public in the 1000 block of South Ranney.

Littering was reported on Saturday at 317 S. Hanover.
