Daughter to Michael C. and Dana M. Westrich of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 11:43 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, 2002. Name, Payton Olivia. Weight, 7 pounds 5 ounces. Mrs. Westrich is the former Dana Phegley, daughter of Darrell and Shirley Phegley of Cape Girardeau. She is a registered nurse at St. Francis. Westrich is the son of Mildred Westrich of Cape Girardeau, and the late Elmer Westrich. He is a respiratory therapist at St. Francis.

Mrs. Leine is the former Dawn Booth, daughter of Shirley Booth of Jackson. She is a respiratory therapist in St. Louis. Leine is the son of Doyle and Margie Leine of Daisy. He is a commercial loan officer at Union Planters Bank in Cape Girardeau.

He is employed at Crader Distributing.

Second daughter. Mrs. Talley is the former Becky Westrich, daughter of Millie Westrich of Cape Girardeau, and the late Elmer Westrich. She is employed at TOSCO Refineries in Wood River, Ill. Talley is the son of Robert and Shirley Talley of Cape Girardeau. He is general manager at Sealants Inc. in St. Louis.
