Hanover Lutheran Church was the setting Sept. 14, 2002, for the wedding of Kimberly Lynn Huckstep and Thomas McClard. The Rev. Jeffery Sippy and Vicar James Zany performed the ceremony. Organist was Keith Koenig of Jackson. Vocalists were Cindy Farrow and Nancy Rose.

The bride is the daughter of Maxine G. Davis and the late Paul Davis. The groom is the son of John McClard and the late Addie McClard.

The bride was escorted by her son, Timothy Huckstep of Chaffee.

Matron of honor was Janet Hurley, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Sue Slinkard.

Dave Slinkard served the groom as best man. Groomsman was Matt Hurley. Usher was Gene Drennen.

Candlelighter was Katie Farrow.

Jenny Pirtle attended the guest book. Programs were handed out by Rebecca White and Kathy Kirchhoff.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.

The bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 12 at Ryan's Family Steak House.

Mrs. McClard is employed at Trinity Lutheran Early Learning Center.

The groom is employed at Delta Express Inc. He is a retired petty officer first class from the U.S. Navy.

The couple is residing in Oak Ridge.
