Trinity Lutheran Church was the setting July 13, 2002, for the wedding of Lori Ann Fritsche and Charles Jason England. The Rev. Douglas Breite performed the ceremony. Organist was Orville Perr Jr. and soloist was Bill Bonney, both of Jackson.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Fritsche of Cape Girardeau, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles England of Park Hills, Mo.

Matron of honor was Julie Stausing of Benton, Mo. Attendants were Jennifer Fritsche of Perryville, Mo., sister-in-law of the bride; Tom Lorenz of Arnold, Mo., Ashley Hemmann of Jackson, Jessica Krauss of Longtown, Mo., and Kimberly Best of St. Louis, all cousins of the bride.

The groom chose his father as best man. Groomsmen were Dan Fritsche of Perryville, brother of the bride; Dane Stausing of Benton, Jeff Robnett and Brad Robnett of Jefferson City, Mo., and Dr. John Kraemer of Cape Girardeau.

Flower girl was Grace Fritsche, daughter of Dan and Jennifer Fritsche and niece of the bride.

Kelly Lorenz of Arnold attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Drury Lodge.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner July 12 at Holiday Inn.

Mrs. England received a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a teacher with Cape Girardeau Public Schools.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in biology and criminal justice, and is completing a master's degree in natural science. He is employed with Cape Girardeau County Health Department.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
