Drs. Dawn Kathleen Lyons and Aaron Bruce Caldwell were married June 22, 2002, in Birmingham, Mich. The Rev. Kristine Lyons, sister of the bride, performed the ceremony and was vocalist.

The bride is the daughter of Kathleen A. Lyons of Jackson. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. John M. Caldwell of Mount Pleasant, Mich.

Maid of honor was Tara Freese of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Lauren Lyons of Jackson, sister of the bride; Angella Ronburg of St. Louis, Morgan Neinas of Jackson, and Melissa Blasko of Cleveland, Ohio, cousin of the bride.

Gary Elrod of Detroit, Mich., served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Mark Caldwell of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Paul Weisberger of Detroit, brothers of the groom; Bryan Bowen of Missouri and Todd Russell of Michigan.

Flower girl and ringbearer were Emma and Max Weisberger, niece and nephew of the groom. They are the children of Paul and Nicki Weisberger.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Castello Di Bologna in Lake Orion, Mich.

Mrs. Caldwell is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School, 1996 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, and 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Optometry School She is employed at D.O.C. Optical in Michigan.

The groom is a 1992 graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, 1996 graduate of Michigan State University, and a 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Optometry School. He is employed at D.O.C. Optical.

The couple resides in Rochester Hills, Mich.
