Erin Elizabeth Schloss and Randy Lee Koehler were married Dec. 29, 2002, at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. J. Friedel performed the ceremony. Pianist was Cheryl Oberhaus, and soloist was Alan Bruns.

Larry and Brenda Schloss of Cape Girardeau are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Roger and Margie Koehler of Jackson.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father and Nolan Koehler, son of the bride and groom.

Matron of honor was Sandy Foeste of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Stacy Welter of Cape Girardeau; Caitlin Schloss of Cape Girardeau and Emily Schloss of Poplar Bluff, Mo., sisters of the bride; and Amy Koehler of Burfordville, sister of the groom.

Ryan Koehler of Jackson served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Chris Meyer of Jackson, cousin of the groom; Shawn Golden of Cape Girardeau; Austin Koehler of Burfordville, nephew of the groom; and Bill Duschell of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Alex Finney of Cape Girardeau and Travis Crader of Burfordville, cousin of the groom.

Candlelighters were mothers of the couple.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Dec. 28 at the KC Hall.

Mrs. Koehler is a 1993 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She received a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000. She is a victims advocate with Southeast Missouri Network Against Sexual Violence in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a 1993 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed at Outback Steakhouse.

After a wedding trip to Miami, Fla., the couple will reside in Jackson.
