Action Items

Power and Light Committee

Authorized the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission to prepare an All-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the city of Jackson.

Authorized a contractual agreement with Schultz Engineering Services of Poplar Bluff, Mo., relative to the design of a proposed 1.3-mile Old Orchard Road extension of the 34.5 KV Inter-Tie Transmission Line.

Authorized the mayor to sign the depository agreements with

Bank of America, Bank of Mis-

souri and US Bank.

Authorized a contractual agreement with Horner & Schifrin Inc. of St. Louis relative to Phase I and Phase II of an Interim Plant Improvements and 20-Year Facility Plan development for water supply and treatment.

Authorized condemnation proceedings to obtain certain described easements for SRF Phase 1-Stage 2 sewer improvements.

Street Committee

Consider a motion approving the preliminary plat of Green Meadows Sixth Subdivision.

Consider a motion approving the preliminary plant of Sunset Hills Unit 5 Subdivision.
