A story in Tuesday's edition should have reported that Dr. Paul Clark was the physician who delivered twins born to Rhonda Young and Thomas Hale at St. Francis Medical Center on Dec. 31. The Southeast Missourian regrets the error.

In Tuesday's edition, a story about tax proposals on Cape Girardeau's April ballot should have reported that a stormwater utility fee would be based on the square feet of a building's footprint, which is the ground-level area of a structure. The monthly for residents would be $1.75 for up to 1,200 square feet; $3.50 for 1,201 to 2,250 square feet; and $5.25 for more than 2,251 square feet. Also, the city has not yet performed an independent study of municipal employees' salaries. It has done in-house surveys on salary comparisons. The Southeast Missourian regrets the errors.
