Amanda Justine Huey and David Michael Dean were married Aug. 28, 2004, at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Douglas Breite performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Darrell and Deborah Huey of Fruitland, and Don and Carol Dean of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Diana Emde of Sedgewickville, Mo. Bridesmaids were Sara Potts of Cape Girardeau; Lillian Dean of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom; and Amy Wooldridge of Jackson.

Tyler Beckett of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Chuck Dunford of Cape Girardeau; and Robert Huey of Fruitland, brother of the bride. Ushers were John Glueck of Kelso, Mo., and Matthew Beussink of Cape Girardeau, cousins of the bride.

Candlelighters were Brittany and Sarah Huey of Fruitland, sisters of the bride.

Flower girls were Sophie and Marissa Lowe, daughters of Brian and Karen Lowe of Fairview Heights, Ill., cousins of the bride. Ringbearer was David Huey of Fruitland, brother of the bride.

Guest book attendants were Rachel Glueck of Kelso and Kendra Beussink of Cape Girardeau, cousins of the bride.

The reception was held at the VFW Hall. Servers were Debbie Young, aunt of the groom, and Jenny Sutton, cousin of the groom.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 27 at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Dean is a 2004 graduate of Saxony Lutheran High School.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Central High School, and is a petty officer 3rd class in the U.S. Navy.

The couple is residing in Goose Creek, S.C.
