Kirk-Buerck

Jill Esther Kirk and Kyle Timothy Buerck were married May 31, 2003, in a garden setting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Rust. Dr. Derek Staples performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Wilbur and Brenda Kirk and Mark and Linda Buerck, all of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Megan Gumpton of Dallas, Texas.

Jay Buerck of Cape Girardeau served his brother as best man. Groomsman was Matthew Kirk of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Deerfield Lodge.

Mrs. Buerck is a 1996 graduate of Central High School, and a 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a science and math teacher at St. Lucie County Schools in Florida.

The groom is a 1995 graduate of Central High School. He is employed at Windsor Golf Course in Florida.

The couple is residing in Fort Pierce, Fla.
