Stephanie Michelle Pruitt and Tyoun Marquise "CB" Blissett were married Aug. 21, 2003, at Francine's Gardens. Elder Kirk Dunnavant performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Chioke Carter of Cape Girardeau. Readings were given by Syd Egan of Jackson.

The bride is the daughter of Sharon Pruitt of Cape Girardeau, and the late Vernon Pruitt. The groom is the son of Charles Blissett of Sikeston, Mo., and Delois Jackson of Cape Girardeau.

The bride was presented in marriage by Dashaun and Trai Blissett, sons of the bride and groom.

Maid of honor was Dream Blissett, daughter of the bride and groom.

Dashaun and Trai were also best men and ringbearers. Ushers were Patrick Chapman, cousin of the groom, and Matt Petzoldt, cousin of the bride, both of Cape Girardeau.

Katie Allstun of Jackson attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at Francine's. Servers were Syd Egan; Debbie Petzoldt, aunt of the bride; Annie Petzoldt and Jennifer Kiplinger, cousins of the bride, all of Cape Girardeau.

The rehearsal dinner was held Aug. 18 at Francine's.

Mrs. Blissett is a 1994 graduate of Central High School. She is employed at New Hope In-Home Services.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Central High School, and a 2003 graduate of Metro Business College. He is employed at Nordenia USA.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
