Lauren Elizabeth Schuette and Corey Blake Sisk were married Nov. 30, 2013, at New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson. Dr. Timothy Miller performed the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schuette Jr. of Jackson, and Mr. and Mrs. Teddie Sisk of East Prairie, Mo.
Maid of honor was Hannah Roach of Jackson, and matron of honor was TeJay Heuer McCoy of Murray, Ky. Bridesmaids were Ashleigh Lawson of Jackson, Sarah Brown of Nashville, Tenn., Sanne Mork of Jyllinge, Denmark, and Maddison Blackford of Olney, Ill., cousin of the bride.
Hunter Schuette of Jackson, brother of the bride, was best man. Man of honor was Todd Scott of Dogwood, Mo., uncle of the groom. Groomsmen were Cody Kester of Jackson, Justin Riggins of East Prairie, Adam Blum of Farmington, Mo., and T.J. Scott of East Prairie, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Rob Borcherding of Scottsdale, Ariz., cousin of the bride; Conrad Masterson and Jackson Rushin of Jackson, and Ken Maudie of Cape Girardeau.
Candlelighters were Levi and Faith Elfrink, children of Mark and Shari Elfrink of Jackson, and cousins of the bride.
Flower girls were Autumn and Bryce Carruthers, cousins of the bride; Cambree Scott, cousin of the groom; and Brynna Parks. Ringbearers were Tristan Carruthers and Landon Schnable, cousins of the bride. Autumn, Bryce and Tristan are children of Sierra Carruthers and Justin Carruthers. Cambree is the daughter of Todd and Laurabeth Scott. Brynna is the daughter of Jonathan and Kimber Parks of Jackson. Landon is the son of Jon and Tara Schnable of Arnold, Mo.
A dinner and dance reception was held at Deerfield Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Servers were Tara Schnable, Nicolette Siebert, Sierra Carruthers, Toni Senn and Laura Dumey.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Nov. 29 at the church.
Mrs. Sisk is a 2010 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in political science from Southeast Missouri State University, and is pursuing a master's degree in public administration from the university. She is employed at the university and Johannes Auto Sales.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of East Prairie High School. He is a 2013 graduate of Missouri Corrections Officer Academy, and is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Southeast. He is employed by Missouri Department of Corrections and is a specialist with Missouri National Guard.
After a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple is residing in Jackson.
